Director Flight Operations & Training & Member of the Board- Captain Rana N Singh has spent a major part of his life in Aviation. He is an Engineering graduate and A. M.I. (Ae) E (Aviation Electronics). He has also completed an Executive Diploma in Development of Crew Resource Management from the University of Southern California, LA(USA) and has undergone the ICAO Flight Operations Inspector’s Course. A thorough professional with over 40 years in aviation, having flown over 24000 hrs. He has been a DGCA approved SFI, Training Captain and Examiner on Boeing 737s’ & Airbus family of 319/320/321s’ with Indian Airlines, Air Deccan and Kingfisher. He has been closely associated with Training and Operational Standards in all the three Airlines. He has extensive experience of more than 18 years in the field of aircraft maintenance and is an A&C licence engineer. After achieving pinnacle of success in various airline ventures including Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines, where he held several senior level positions, last one being GM Engg (Air Sahara), his move to Honeywell Aerospace as Field Service Manager- India & Middle East was hailed as a bold move from customer to vendor side that allowed him to envision aviation industry from an entirely different perspective. Vice President - Security & Administration - Colonel J C Verma(Retd) is an alumnus of India's premier defence institute ,National Defence Academy , Khadakvasla, Pune. He is a MBA from Pune University. He has over 40 years of experience with 20 years in Avaition. Col J C Verma was formerly the Head of anti-hijack, anti-sabotage & bomb-disposal in the elite NSG. He was responsible for imparting training to all police personnel in India on IED (Improvised Explosive Devices) used by terrorist. He has been head of Security of Air Sahara and Kingfisher Airlines. He introduced explosive vapour detector in India during his tenure with Air Sahara. Head Flight Safety- Capt K Ravindran is a graduate of the Airforce Flying College, Jodhpur. He Was commissioned into the Indian Airforce in 1966 and was part of the VIP Squadron conveying various dignitaries and Heads Of State across the country. In 1979 he was deputed to Air India. In Air India, Capt Ravindran flew several types of jet aircraft including the Boeing 707,747- and Airbus A300, A310-. He was a DGCA approved examiner on the Airbus 310. In 1991, he was selected by the Civil Aviation Ministry to join the DGCA as an Inspector of Flying(Flight Operations Inspector) . He has been trained by ICAO Safety Inspector in safety oversight standards and safety audits. He retired from the DGCA and Air India in 2003. His aviation career spanned 46 years and over 11,600 hours of safe and accident- free flying. In 2005, Capt. Ravindran joined Kingfisher Airlines as Head of the Flight Safety; His active participation and guidance helped the airline through the IOSA audit and certification.
